Surface Preparation
Project surfaces must be dry before application. Protect adjacent surfaces not to be cleaned. Pre-wet and/or cover vegetation. Remove or cover surrounding lawn furniture, landscape ornaments, and metal objects such as fixtures, aluminum doors, and window frames, which may tarnish.
It is recommended that you test product performance in an inconspicuous area prior to use.
WARNING! If you scrape sand or remove old paint, you may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC. EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN. PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a NIOSH-approved respirator to control lead exposure. Carefully clean up with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop. Application
MIXING: Composite Deck Cleaner is a concentrate and must be diluted in water. This container makes up to 6 gallons of mixed product. Mix 1 – 1 1/2 cups of Cleaner with 1 gallon of water for general maintenance. Mix 2 – 2 ½ cups of Cleaner with 1 gallon of water for 1st time cleaning.
DO NOT MIX CLEANER IN METAL CONTAINERS. NEVER MIX OR USE WITH OTHER CLEANERS OR CHEMICALS.
1. Apply diluted solution liberally to surface with plastic garden sprayer or brush
2. Allow solution to stand on surface up to 15 minutes. Do not allow to dry on surface. Re-apply Cleaner if necessary
3. Agitate with stiff bristle brush in direction of wood grain and rinse using a garden hose with nozzle or power washer.
4. For suborn stain like grease from the BBQ you can sprinkle some of the concentrate on the stain while cleaning and scrub with a stiff brush.
5. Allow surface to dry thoroughly. Note: When applying to vertical surfaces, apply from bottom to top.
6. Repeat the cleaning process if some surfaces contaminations still remains.
IMPORTANT: Allow surface to dry thoroughly coating.
Mixing
Mix according to the instructions above.
Cleanup
Clean equipment with warm, soapy water.
USE COMPLETELY OR DISPOSE OF PROPERLY. Local disposal requirements vary; consult your sanitation department or state-designated environmental agency on disposal options.

CONTAINS: Sodium percarbonate and Sodium metasilicate
CONTACT WITH OTHER MATERIAL MAY CAUSE FIRE. CAUSES BURNS OF EYE, SKIN AND MUCOUS MEMBRANES. HARMFUL BY INHALATION. HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED.
Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not breathe vapors, mist or dust. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wear chemical resistant goggles and face shield, chemical resistant gloves and protective clothing during application and cleanup. Do not wear contact lenses. If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor levels are above the applicable limits, wear an appropriate, properly fitted respirator (NIOSH approved) during and after application. Follow respirator manufacturer’s directions for respirator use. Keep from contact with clothing and other combustible materials. Store away from all flammable and combustible materials. Do not store on wooden floors. Close container after each use. Wash thoroughly after handling.

FIRST AID: In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. In case of skin contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation persists. In case of ingestion, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING, get medical attention immediately. If affected by inhalation of vapors, mist or dust, remove to fresh air.
IN CASE OF SPILL – Absorb with inert material and dispose of as specified under “Cleanup”.
